INVITATION FOR QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY OF SOLAR LIGHT TRAPS AND YELLOW STICKY TRAPS

Manbhum Ananda Ashram Nityananda Trust (MANT) invites sealed quotations / digital
quotations from reputed and authorized suppliers for the supply of Solar Light Traps and Yellow
Sticky Traps at Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur District, under Project SRIJAN, supported by
HDFC Bank Parivartan.

2. Technical Specifications and Requirements
A. Solar Light Traps: Materials should be UV-stabilized polymer, with 30-36 cm diameter x 5-7 cm
height. Provide a USB separately for charging. Solar should be automatic cut-off option and provide
illumination for at least 3 hours per day.
B. Yellow Sticky Trap: A5 size needed. Venyl/Sunboard materials needed. Pack of 25 or Pack of
50 will be the best option for packaging.
D. Other Requirements
a. GST, as applicable under Government norms, must be clearly mentioned in the quotation.
b. Freight, transportation, P&F, and delivery charges to the designated project site should be
mentioned separately.
c. Warranty period of Solar Light traps should be at least 1 year.
3. Eligibility Criteria
a. The bidder shall possess valid GST, PAN, and required documents, wherever
applicable.
4. Submission of Quotation
a. The quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope and dropped into the tender
box at the SRIJAN Project office, BT Park, Power House, Balurghat- 733103
