Tender for Supply of Tablets

Manbhum Ananda Ashram Nityananda Trust (MANT) invites quotations from reputed and authorized suppliers for the supply of Tablets under Project SRIJAN, supported by HDFC Bank Parivartan.

The tablets will be used at Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur (West Bengal) to support project implementation, digital documentation, training, and field-level monitoring under the SRIJAN initiative.

Scope of Supply (Brief)

• Supply of 10 tablets

• Minimum 8.7-inch screen, WiFi + Cellular support

• Minimum 4GB RAM / 64GB storage

• One-year physical damage warranty

• Free basic operational training and handholding

• Delivery at designated project location

Who Can Apply

• Registered firms or authorized suppliers

• Suppliers dealing in branded tablets meeting required specifications

Key Dates

• Last date for submission of quotation: 24 December 2025

• Delivery timeline: Within 30 days from issue of Purchase Order
