Manbhum Ananda Ashram Nityananda Trust (MANT) invites proposals from experienced and reputed agencies for enhancing its digital presence through website redevelopment, enterprise email migration, and social media management.

Agencies may submit proposals for one, two, or all three components of the assignment.

Scope of Work

The Request for Proposal (RFP) covers the following components:

• Website Up-gradation
  • Modern, responsive website redesign
  • CMS implementation
  • Content migration
  • SEO optimization
  • Secure donation/payment gateway integration
• Email Migration
  • Migration from the existing Roundcube email system
  • Deployment of a secure business email platform
  • Email, contacts, and data migration
  • Administrator training and post-migration support
• Social Media Management
  • Social media strategy and content planning
  • Creative design and content publishing
  • Community engagement and account management
  • Performance monitoring and reporting

Eligibility

Interested agencies should:

• Be a registered firm or agency with relevant experience.
• Have successfully completed similar projects, preferably for NGOs or development organizations.
• Possess the required technical expertise and infrastructure.
• Be willing to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Service Agreement, if selected.
