Invitation for Quotation – Supply of Agricultural Machineries

Manbhum Ananda Ashram Nityananda Trust (MANT) invites quotations from reputed and authorized suppliers for the supply of agricultural machineries under the SRIJAN Project, supported by HDFC Bank Parivartan.

Project Location

Kumarganj, Balurghat, and Tapan Blocks,
Dakshin Dinajpur, West Bengal

Items Required

MANT intends to procure the following agricultural equipment:

• Mini Power Weeder / Rotary Hoe (7 HP Petrol Operated) – 3 Units
• Mini Power Weeder / Rotary Hoe (9 HP Petrol Operated) – 3 Units
• Battery Operated Spray Machine (16 Litre, 12V–8Ah with Mixer) – 12 Units

Suppliers may submit quotations for one, multiple, or all categories. Detailed technical specifications are available in the tender document.

Eligibility

Applicants should:

• Be authorized suppliers or dealers of agricultural machinery
• Possess a valid GST registration
• Have experience in supplying agricultural equipment
• Be able to provide warranty and after-sales service support

Important Dates

• Last Date for Submission: 08 July 2026
• Opening of Quotations: 10 July 2026
• Quotation Validity: Minimum 90 days
• Delivery Timeline: Within 15 days from the date of Purchase Order
