Manbhum Ananda Ashram Nityananda Trust (MANT) is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Community Social Worker to join our team and support child protection initiatives in rural communities of Bankura district. This role offers an opportunity to work directly with vulnerable children and families, promote child rights, and contribute to building safer and more supportive communities.

Key Responsibilities
As a Community Social Worker, you will play a vital role in safeguarding children and supporting families through community-based interventions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and supporting children at risk and children in need of care and protection.
- Providing necessary assistance, counselling, referrals, and follow-up support.
- Facilitating awareness campaigns, community meetings, and sensitization activities on child rights and child protection issues.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in community work or child protection initiatives (preferred).
- Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to child rights, child protection, and community development.
- Willingness to work closely with communities and undertake field-based responsibilities.
