Manbhum Ananda Ashram Nityananda Trust (MANT) is inviting applications for the position of Accountant to manage financial operations, compliance, and reporting across the organization.

Location: Kolkata (with mandatory field travel as required)

About the Role
This is a full-time organizational role responsible for overseeing accounting systems, ensuring compliance, and supporting financial reporting and audits. The selected candidate will work across multiple projects and maintain strict adherence to financial procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time accounting records using Tally/ERP
- Process payments with proper documentation and approvals
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Ensure statutory compliance (TDS, Professional Tax, FCRA, etc.)
- Support internal and statutory audits
- Monitor budgets and maintain financial records
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (NGO experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP systems
- Experience in audits and statutory compliance
- High integrity and attention to detail
