Tender for Re-Excavation of Ponds with Embankment Consolidation

Manbhum Ananda Ashram Nityananda Trust (MANT) invites quotations from reputed and experienced contractors for the re-excavation of ponds and canal with embankment consolidation under Project SRIJAN, supported by HDFC Bank Parivartan.

The work will be undertaken across Kumarganj, Balurghat, and Tapan blocks of Dakshin Dinajpur district, West Bengal, as part of efforts to improve water resource management, climate resilience, and sustainable livelihoods.

Scope of Work (Brief)

• Re-excavation of ponds up to 8–9 ft depth

• Embankment consolidation with minimum required width and height

• Re-excavation of one canal stretch (Balurghat block)

• Execution using JCB / Poclain machinery

• Complete responsibility for execution and required permissions

Who Can Apply

• Contractors with proven experience in excavation and earthwork

• Capability to execute consolidated, site-verified contracts

• Last date for submission of quotation: 13 January 2026

• Project completion timeline: Within 60 days from issue of Work Order
